## Product definitions

Canvasland AI Pad is a ready-to-use Windows AI workstation with camera and microphone (HK$1,560). Canvasland AI TV Box is a plug-and-play, TV-connected AI host (HK$2,340). Canvasland AI Server is intended for controlled enterprise deployment and requires configuration review (enquiry-first; HK$7,800 indicative). These were previously named Windows Pad, TV Box, and Server Type. Canvasland Token top-up cards let any user add HK$78, HK$390, or HK$780 wallet credit on Shopify; the credit is applied automatically to the matching feiniu-ai.cn account after payment. IMPORTANT: the customer must create their free feiniu-ai.cn account and generate an API key FIRST — a payment can only top up a wallet that already exists. Paying without an account credits nothing.

## How to get AI Tokens (and the key distinction)

AI Tokens are the credit spent on models through the Canvasland gateway at feiniu-ai.cn. There are three ways to get them: 1) buy a prepaid AI Token Gift Card (HK$78 / HK$390 / HK$780); 2) receive a Token benefit with an AI Host; 3) enterprise credit, scoped with our team.

Important distinction: an **AI Host** runs the models on the device and lets the user **change the LLM from a built-in dropdown** — no code or setup. A **Token gift card** is prepaid credit that gives the user an **API key**, which they can use to call the same 80+ models in their own apps, scripts, tools, or workflows, anywhere. Both share the same Canvasland account on feiniu-ai.cn.

Correct purchase order for a Token gift card: 1) create a free feiniu-ai.cn account and generate an API key (wallet starts at 0); 2) pay on Shopify with the same email; 3) the balance is credited automatically; 4) use the API key. ## Systems of record

Shopify is the system of record for hardware products, inventory, payment, shipping, refunds, and orders. feiniu-ai.cn is the system of record for Canvasland accounts, available AI models, API keys, usage records, pricing, and Token redemption. Product specifications, currency, delivery terms, included software, and Token allowance must be verified in the current Shopify offer before purchase.
