1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Canvasland Service ("Canvasland", "we", "us"), including the canvasland.tech website, the AI Hosts, AI Token gift cards and API keys, and AI Consulting engagements. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and must be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use the Service to create, attempt to create, or distribute content that:
is sexually explicit, exploitative or depicts minors in a harmful manner;
constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or face-swap/deepfake manipulation of real people;
harasses, threatens, defames or deceives others, or facilitates fraud or scams;
infringes intellectual-property or other rights of third parties;
is illegal or promotes illegal activity, including malware, weapons or controlled substances;
violates the terms or policies of the underlying AI model providers.
3. Prohibited Activities
Attempting to bypass, disable or circumvent security, rate limits, moderation or access controls;
Reselling, sublicensing or sharing API keys or accounts in violation of these Terms;
Using the Service to build or operate competing services except as expressly permitted;
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
To keep the platform safe, requests routed to AI models may be screened against content policies before generation occurs. We may refuse to process any request that violates our policies and may remove or disable access to content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the AUP.
5. Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and forfeiture of unused Token credit, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement.
