By accessing or using the Canvasland website, hardware and services ("Canvasland", "we", "us", "our") — including the canvasland.tech website, the Canvasland AI Hosts (AI Pad, AI TV Box, AI Server), AI Token gift cards, and AI Consulting services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Canvasland provides physical AI hardware ("AI Hosts"), prepaid AI Token credit that is delivered through the Canvasland gateway at feiniu-ai.cn, and professional AI consulting. The Service includes:
Shopify is our system of record for hardware products, inventory, payment, shipping, refunds and orders. feiniu-ai.cn is our system of record for accounts, available AI models, API keys, usage records, pricing and Token redemption. Product specifications, currency, delivery terms and included software may change; the terms shown at the time of purchase apply.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Tokens are purchased as prepaid virtual credit. You must create your feiniu-ai.cn account before you pay: credit can only be applied to an existing wallet. Tokens are final sale and non-refundable except as required by law (see Section 8). Tokens do not expire unless stated at the time of purchase. We may adjust model prices from time to time; such changes do not affect the balance you already hold.
Where an AI Host is advertised as including a Token benefit, the benefit is credited to the feiniu-ai.cn account associated with your order. Hardware specifications, included software and any Token allowance are as stated in the current Shopify offer at the time of purchase.
You must use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Accounts that violate the AUP may be suspended or terminated.
You retain all rights to the prompts, code and materials you submit. To the extent permitted by the applicable model license, you retain the rights to the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and store your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Canvasland name, logo, interfaces, hardware designs, firmware and software are owned by Canvasland (Canvasland Limited) and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the Service except as expressly permitted.
Generated content is created with third-party AI models and may be subject to the terms of the underlying model provider. You are responsible for how you use generated content, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
Hardware and Token gift cards are purchased through Shopify. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order at the prices in effect when the charge is incurred. AI Server deployments may be quoted individually by our team.
Token credit is virtual digital goods and is final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Hardware refunds and eligibility are described in our Refund & Chargeback Policy. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or erroneous, contact support@canvasland.top before initiating a dispute with your card issuer. A chargeback filed without first contacting us may, at our discretion, result in suspension or termination of your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANVASLAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or the AUP, for conduct that harms the platform or other users, or as required by law or our payment providers. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including 5, 6, 9 and 11) shall continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, China.
